Job Responsibilities:

  • Have a data centric approach using tools like Salesforce or Tableau to create auto- generated reports and dashboards for viewing and improving numbers.
  • Manage in-house Partner Service team to create efficient schedules and provide support in prioritizing and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Act as a liaison for any queries or concerns that the pandamart and shops teams may have in relation to vendor experience.
  • Plan and improve pandamart and shops VXP metrics accordingly.
  • Maintain daily/weekly reporting and analysis of partner-centric data for greater visibility and suggest process improvements.
  • Responsible for monitoring and ensuring a better experience of our vendors with foodpanda on a broader scale.
  • Prepare accurate data reports to gauge the performance of partner service metrics and subsequently improve functions.
  • Maintain good knowledge of vendor centric metrics and plan to improve.
  • Analyze vendor contact reasons and improve on decreasing them with self-service or automation.
  • Effectively use Salesforce to prepare reports and dashboards for maintaining visibility while analyzing incoming data for process improvements. Act as the main product owner for Salesforce in the vendor operations team.
  • Perform Partner Service interaction monitoring (through chats/calls) and metric evaluation to identify areas of process/agent opportunities and improvements.
  • Monitoring vendor complaint ratio, KPIs, performing data analysis and figuring out root causes for the issues.
  • Evaluate and make action plans to bring vendor contact reasons to a minimum ensuring a seamless, issue-less experience for our vendors.
  • Coordinate with the commercial teams to understand the real-time vendor issues for prompt actions and appropriate process improvements.
  • Closely monitor onboarding and content domains with respect to vendor satisfaction and plan to improve upon vendor experience in these domains.
  • Deep-rooted understanding of all our vendor-centric SOPs and processes in order to evaluate cases from a vendor’s point of view.
  • Maintain & improve vendor satisfaction at an optimum level with frequent deep dives into the feedback received from our partners.
  • Conduct surveys and focus groups with vendors to evaluate their pain-points and work on improving the same through process improvements or SOP revisions.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills required
  • Bias towards action and constant push for clarity and execution
  • High growth operations experience is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and inter departmental

Qualification & Experience:

  • 4 + years experience in building and managing teams, achieving growth, operations management, process improvement
  • BBA / MBA from a reputable university
