Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for all HR process which includes Compensations and benefits, hiring, training, recruitment, performance management, operations and all other HR functions

Job Responsibilities:

  • Timely feedback, Effective communication between customer and company.
  • Ensure a speedy recruitment process and a potential backup pool in place to fulfill the recruitment needs asap
  • Handle all employee grievances professionally and resolve the conflicts in an unbiased manner
  • Ensuring all recruitment is being handled transparently and all positions are closed in time
  • Ensuring the overall effective processing of the HR functions

Job Requirements:

  • Sense of responsibility and can take full ownership of the function
  • Have strong leadership and communication skills, work independently
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents
  • Should have prior experience in recruitment and performance management

Qualification & Experience:

  • BBA in HR, MBA in HR will be preferred
  • Minimum 3 to 6 years’ (Call center experience) is preferable
