About Punjab Information Technology Board

The Punjab Information Technology Board, officially known as PITB is an efficient and dynamic department, owned by the government of Pakistan to look out the IT-related services in the province of Punjab. It was established in 1999 under the department of Information Technology for regulating the functions of IT. Then this IT department was terminated and PITB was undertaken by the Planning and Development Department of Punjab.
