Job Responsibilities:

  • Focus is on delivering Customer Satisfaction by leveraging the organization’s network and ensuring all stakeholders are engaged.
  • You will be responsibe for daily reporting of defined KPIs and reports
  • Develop reports and propose improvements to enhance customer service reporting.

Job Requirements:

  • Exhibits responsiblility, creativity and analytical thinking.
  • Students in their final year of studies or fresh graduates.
  • Basic knowledge on MS Office (especially MS Excel).
  • Able to understand customer service practices.
