Job Description:

Perform/ lead assigned staff in conducting financial and non financial transactions .

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring & resolution of service level delivery with internal business partners (CPU & lines of business).
• Managing, Coaching, & mentoring of staff to achieve above median score for the branch on the CS Score Card.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelors or equivalent degree and relevant experience.
• Professional certification would be an added advantage.
• Must have two or more years experience of multiple functions in branch operations .
