Job Description:

This position plays an important role in achieving organizational, group and regulatory goals of Information Security. This role will lead security initiatives with less supervision and extensive management reporting with respect to information security performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide information security feedback in all new initiatives and projects.
• Governance of information security domains e.g. Security Operations Center (SOC), vulnerability assessment, operations of security solutions etc.
• Development of Information Security policies, procedures and key risk indicators (KRIs). Periodic management reporting of KRIs.
• Lead adoption of industry cyber security Frameworks/Standards e.g. Regulatory requirements, ISO27001 and Etisalat Cyber Security Framework.
• Manage information security awareness program for all relevant individuals/parties.

Job Requirements:

• Defense in depth, Security architecture.
• Planning & Organizing
• Current information security trends,
• Analytical Thinking & Decision Making
• Malware analysis, dark/deep web, cyber security challenges in telecom environment.
• Strong communication skills
• ISO27001, Information security best practices,
• Ethical hacking,

Qualification & Experience:

• BS/MS Computer Science, either of CISM or CISSP certification.
• 8 plus years of relevant experience
