Job Description:

Execution of overall OSS Platform upgrades and future evolution of OSS Architecture
Managing OSS Platform base modules Planning & Implementation to meet the organization-wide infrastructure requirements
Responsible for full project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of OSS based projects

Job Responsibilities:

• Budget forecasting and ensure the utilization of approval & spending of approved CAPEX & OPEX
• Vendor management and ensuring the compliance with Policies
• Preparation of RFP’s, BOQ’s, technical comparisons, technical analysis, project scope, management approval, Contract
• Signing, for each OSS Project as per the industry standards
• Coordinate with Cost Control and other stakeholders for the contract management process
• Integration of new system and network visibility on OSS platform through NBI Interface
• Translate the internal departments’ requirements into technical design and ensure timely implementation of the same
• Track /Monitor day-day project status changes and prioritization change and share report with management and other stakeholders
• Gather and evaluate requirements to prepare the business cases. Track the business case for required management approvals and follow the procurement cycle for the purchase of required services, products, or features
• OSS infrastructure architecture analysis of existing systems to optimize the utilization of resources and ensure smooth operation
• Project Management & over-sighting the implementation of infrastructure projects

Job Requirements:

• Strong grip on OSS Platform and its technologies
• Can work in a challenging environment and sustain pressure
• Strong grip on NMS and NBI services knowledge
• Good analytical skills and good decision-making skills
• Good Project Management skills
• Have a keen attention to accuracy, proficiency, and time management
• Potential to achieve results with personal efforts and team coordination
• Hands-on experience in OSS Systems
• Well organized, good communication and interpersonal skills
